Thank you for shopping with Firefly Bazaar! We’re excited to get your order to you. Please review our shipping policy below for information on fulfillment times, shipping methods, and other important details.
1. Fulfillment Time:
- All orders are processed in the order they're received. Generally speaking, the fastest turnaround is 2 weeks, unless it's a Ready-Made product. However, please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, fulfillment can take a month (or more, depending on how busy the shop is, it's just one person making everything by hand). We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure each item meets our high quality standards.
- Ready-Made goods are shipped within 1-2 business days of completing your order, and free shipping defaults to 4-5 day shipping.
2. Shipping Methods:
- We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and priority shipping.
- Standard shipping (4-5 business days) is free in the U.S., and discounted for International orders.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, the delivery location, and the weight of your order.
3. Shipping Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 4 - 5 business days in transit.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2 to 3 business days in transit.
- Priority Shipping: Typically takes 1 to 2 business days in transit.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary based on your location, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control. Once it's been scanned by the shipping carrier, there's nothing I can do about it but wait. If it's past your estimated ship date based on your tracking, please email me!
4. Shipping Costs:
- Standard shipping is free in the U.S., and automatically discounted for International orders.
- Shipping costs are determined firstly by your delivery location, and then based on the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. You will see the shipping cost before finalizing your order at checkout.
5. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been created, sewn, boxed, and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
6. International Shipping:
- International shipping is available! We ship worldwide.
- International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the delivery address, and the weight of what you've purchased.
- The best way to check if I ship to you, and how much it will cost is to just build your cart the way you'd want it, go ahead and put your address in at the checkout page, before purchasing, and the website robots will do the calculating for you.
7. Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Lost or Damaged Orders:
- If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your items.
